STILL NO FEEDBACK FROM DISCOVERY. 1.5 MONTHS AFTER SUBMITTED CLAIM.

I have posted here a week and a half ago. I have also resorted to social media posts across Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.

I got a call because they "noticed social media activity". Still nothing was done except to say that they would escalate to management. I was promised a phone call by COB 14 April 2022.

Needless to say there was no call.

My claim was logged on 24 February. I am still waiting for FEEDBACK let alone resolution.

Nobody can tell me where my car is or the status of it.

I tracked down the AUTOBODY SHOP who told me they wrote it off and that a specialist had come to assess and confirmed write off.

I have heard NOTHING from Discovery. My installments are still going off and I don't have a car or the relevant service to speak of??? What do I need to do???
