Still no dq tracker now 4months

Have changed over to disvovery and since I am in the northern cape i was told a dq track technician will come to me once available.Its been 4 months and when I call discovery insure I am told the that they will arrange.My friend who has same insure with standalone system was contacted for installation within a month and the tracker fitted.The technician came from kimberley and was not told about me.Have been told I will be contacted by callcentre but what if I am not on their schedule,i just have to trust without confirmation.What attracted me to this insurance was the rewards and since I am not getting any I am considering moving back.
