Still awaiting refund
I ended my insurance with Discovery on 7 May 2019. The person helping me requested a refund on my insurance. I have not received the refund as yet. I have phoned and emailed Discovery and they just say that the request was sent to the accounts department. I have never had to wait this long for a refund from Discovery before.
