Still awaiting my refund

I called from August 2017, to ask when my July 2017 refund will be paid as to date i still haven't received. i called numerous times after that every month spending more than even what the reward is worth over the many telephone calls. Every time i call the agents confirm all the previous notes of my calls, but no one processes them. Not sure what else it is i need to do have my query resolved. as i don't understand why all payments would be made and only skip one month. I joined Discovery insure simply for the reward benefits, whats the point if i don't receive the reports due to me? i have also sent a complaint email to the insure complaints email address and still they haven't responded. Very disappointed in their service.
