STILL AWAITING FEEDBACK
Posted my issue on Wed, 26th August regarding an unfair claim rejection on a ****** tablet. Received a response from Kesh at DiscoveryInsure to say he would give me feedback within 48 hours. STILL WAITING. I am really annoyed with this lack of communication. This is my first claim EVER with DiscoveryInsure and this does not bode well for my future with them.
