Sthembiso Gqetywa - The most polite person ever!
After struggling with a claim for 2 weeks, Sthembiso Gqetywa assisted and the claim was resolved within minutes. This is one of those people who makes calling the call center worth it, he had such a polite way of speaking and gentleness in his voice which makes you want to explain your frustration calmly instead of exploding. I would give him more stars but are limited to 5.
