Stellar Service from Katlego Makoya
My car broke down at work this morning, and when I called Discovery Insure for a tow, I had the pleasure of speaking with Katlego Makoya. He was calm, friendly, knowledgeable and made several follow up calls to ensure that the towing company had contacted me, and that my vehicle had been towed. Was a really great "bad" situation - thank-you Katlego!
