Stellar service from Discovery Insure

I called Discovery Insure today with regards to a debit order. After spending less than 5 minutes with a lovely client services consultant, she determined that I needed to be transferred to the retentions department for further assistance. I spoke to a very helpful consultant, Shafick Allow, who sorted out my issue in about 10 minutes. He was friendly and professional! He also understood exactly what needed to be done. The entire interaction lasted 14 minutes which was amazing. Thanks for the swift assistance! Amazing service!
