Our client experienced a harrowing situation when he became aware of a fire in his garage. Marnus Louw (building assessor) was assigned to the claim, much to my delight. He is just so knowledgeable and professional which helps to allay clients' angst. Add into the mix that he is very personable and I am always left with a happy and informed client. Thanks, Marnus. You are indispensable in my world.
