Stellar service

Phoning a call centre nowadays during this pandemic when they have reduced staff working remotely is a challenge on a whole new level. I was fortunate enough to get through to Ashley Oosthuizen who not only listened attentively to my queries (yes, there were multiple ones) and painstakingly investigated each of them but did so in a professional, friendly and willing manner. No heavy sighs or reluctance to assist. She is a breath of fresh air and I was blown away by her work ethic. Then to top it all off, she ACTUALLY held true to her word about emailing feedback for the few topics that could not be resolved telephonically. She alleviated my concerns and made my day. Give that girl a raise!
