Stellar Service

As a broker, I am constantly dealing with claims on behalf of our clients and for the most part am not particularly pleased by the lack of adherence to turnaround times, etc.. That said, I was immeasurably impressed by Estelle Nel at Discovery Insure VIP Claims who dealt with one of the most recent claims. She handled it with aplomb and went out of her way to discuss options with me telephonically. This trumps communicating over email any day. Keep up the stellar service, Estelle.
