Stellar Emergency Roadside Assistance
I needed to tow my vehicle to the nearest dealership due to an electrical fault. I received stellar service from my advisers (Tracey-Lee Van Jaarsveld, Abdus Ansary and Thandiwe Sibanda), the call centre operator who assisted me (Aretha Tobias) and the Towing service that was sent to me gave me excellent service as well.
I am a Discovery employee but I am also a client and I must say that from the clients perspective and needing assistance, the service was great. I would recommend Discovery Insure.
