*****ing money from clients

So I had an accident in December 2016 where I was rear ended and the back of my car was wreck, took it to Renew It to have it repaired and only to find when I got the car back, my rear bumper was still broken, I have run from Discovery to Renew It and both companies are pathetic, for about a month after I had been trying to figure out what to do and they both blamed me because they cannot do their jobs, now recently examining my car, the bumper has cracked even more and the part just next to it is RUSTING!!!! I have sent emails and got NO RESPONSE, this will be taken further to newspapers and attorneys, your insurance company just wants to rob people of their money
