Stay far away from Mpho!
If I could give a -100 rating I would. Car ****** on Saturday 21 January. Recovered by Netstar just after 12:00 - in Mamelodi. Call from Discovery at 18:00 apologising for the delay but that they are on the way to the car in Soshanguve - although the car has been at the Pretoria West Impound since 13:00. Mpho Mamaragane - our "dedicated" person for the claim - has not had the decency to contact us. Jidz recovering party was instructed to take the car to Auction National in Centurion - but the car is in Kemptonpark because "it was easier".

It is now day 12 since the car has been ****** and recovered - and 11th working day - yet STILL no further outcome or feedback. It is insane! My monthly insurance fee was deducted yesterday - but yet there is no urge from Discovery's side to assist us. Perhaps the ombudsman is my next step?
