Stay Away...go elsewhere!!!!

So I wrote a complaint here on the 20th of January and again the 18th of February and up until today NOTHING has come from it besides their GENERATED reply here filled with empty promises. Quite frankly, they do not give a damn about their customers, surely of they cared this would have been sorted out and I would have been contacted regarding my concerns from my first complaint. Discovery Insure use to have amazing service but as they've grown their service has become putrid which is quite sad. I will NEVER recommend tem to anyone and thus is coming from a use to be avid Discovery Insure supporter. They reply to your complaint here but when you reply they no longer reply again it's all jusy for show but believe me they really do not care. Save yourself the fuss and use some other insurer. I'm sure they don't even know what my first complaint was about here on the 20th of January that they STILL didn't get sorted out.
