STAY AWAY - rude and *****ing money.
Great benefits but WORST service and no business integrity.
3 quotes for the same car in a space of 45 days and a total of R350pm difference!!!
NO CHANGES - no claims, same address, same driver!!!
The lack of transparency, the different answers from different consultants is HUGE concern. The one said the reason why my previous 2012 Discovery 4 that was cancelled 14 March was because it was only on the policy for 1 month…. How did anyone know its only going to be insured for a month?!!!! I had to as it was a webuycars dud - they refunded my money. Finally got a replacement and now they changed policy from R880 - R1180
If that isn’t day light ******* to make it worse… they increased my other car’s premium with more than a R100 without informing me or without me changing anything on it.
From no integrity to managers that talks over you raise their voice and threatens you… it out way the products offered, there is no reason to stay.

About a week later with no feedback or follow up ws promised!
I got the same cover with the same excess from OUTsurance for literally half the price!! R680 as to Discovery Insures R1250 without providing OUTsurance with any info of my Discovery quote….
That is what integrity looks like and got back to me within 3 minutes.
