Stay away from this poor service driven company

My vehicle is in at Queenswood Panel Beaters. For minor repairs. Work that should have taken 2 weeks is now ongoing for a month. And after a month the realised they need to replace the Tailgate. Every time I need to do the following up on what is happening and what the progress is with my vehicle and even now this afternoon they still can't say when my vehicle will be completed. My Discovery advisor Benny Khosa just doesn't care about any client service and never replies on any emails. I requested today after I had enough of this poor service that he must add on the mail his seniors and quess what neither of them bother to reply or respond. So Amina Tim's and Jay Velen as just as bad when it comes to client service. It is clear that that don't care attitude is a normal thing in Discovery. I have never once in my live had a claim ghis is the absolute Firts for me and definitely the worst service I ever received from any institution. Same goes for Queenswood Panelbeaters.

I will for ever tell people to stay away from Discovery and I am canceling my insurance as we speak. This bogus company is the biggest joke ever
