Stay Away from Discovery Warranties
I have a warranty with Discovery. Each time I have needed to claim on it I get taken from pillar to post. The latest is when I enquired about the discount one gets after getting service. Tsholo from claims says it is no longer done. Yet, i have been sending emails and getting promised it will come through on my account within 7-10 working days. The fact that you do not even have a designated line one can contact regarding warranties is nonsense.

01 Apr 2022, 21:37No communication since this was sent. No response on email either as I keep sending emails a querying the same thing. Should I just cance this warranty with you? I mean you will notice this is my second complaint with warranty in under 6 months.
