Stay away from Discovery Insure - nothing is easy with them!

I have had the worst expereince with Discovery Insure since I joined. For the past 6 months have been receiving someone else's policy communication. We have the same policy number.... that was supposedly sorted out on Friday when I threw a tantrum on the phone. I am trying to claim for my car! Worst service from Nombali Maseko. I received the sms on Friday 10:30am informing me that this woman will be attending to my case. I have emailed her.... tried to call her - nothing! It's now 10:30am Monday morning and no communication received. I received a rude assessor call on Friday at 3:30pm as well -not communication further. And now, I am flying to MUud while I am away because of poor service?? Until Friday, I could not access my online profiles, and every time I called the call center the calls dropped - the best part? The consultants already had my details and could call me back... but they didnt! Why am I paying R1300 for car insurance of this is the service I receive... or no, the lack of service
