Stay Away from Discovery Insure
Paid them for years and hardly claimed. After the storms in Cape town two weeks ago, told me they wont pay for my damages. my garage looked like a swimming pool after the storm. Just renovated the house last year for the new tenants...when you need these guys the most...that's when they will disappoint you...I've cancelled my Life policy , car Insurance , health medical , vitality, now my house and credit card will be cancelled today...believe me there are better products out there...

We have checked the assessment report finding as well as pictures at the insured risk address, both are contrary to the view in your comments. These indicate a serious need for maintenance at the address this is however is not covered under this policy.
It is regrettable that you have not taken the rejection in good light, and we urge you appeals process as outlined in the rejection letter.
