stay away from discovery
I'm insured with discovery insure, my car was ****** and recovered I have had the worse experience with them. they don't respond to emails call daily for feedback you wait on line for over 30mins with no joy, I had personal goods in the car at the time it was ****** I also have household insurance with then. I was told I'm not covered for the clothing ****** from the car because i did not specify it in my policy yet I have specified items on my policies . yet one must only specify valuables over 5000.I have left several massages for a manger and the risk manager to call back to date no response they always in teams meetings. stay away from them the worse insurance company.

14 Jun 2022, 11:44firstly look at the response YOU, so much for lack of customer service I did respond to the email the same day. I spoke to a Manger (Maureen)this morning who advised me that, email was sent in error. All my details are on my policy schedule so what email address would you need.
