STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SANITY!!!!

If I was able to give a negative star rating, I would have done so. Discovery Insure sent out a technician to look at my washing machine, covered under my comprehensive plan. The Technician arrived, wanting to look at my Television. When we informed him it was the washing machine, he admitted that he was not knowledgeable about washing machines. He did not run any diagnostic tests, and only removed the back panel in order to take photos. He confirmed to me personally after he left my premises, that he could not see anything wrong, but thar he will send the photos that he took to their specialist. I was then subsequently informed by Discovery, that the technician ran diagnostic program tests on the machine, and that the finding was that the machine is broken due to wear and tear, and the claim is therefore rejected. This was a blatant lie, since the Technician confirmed that he ran no tests, and that he was not knowledgeable on washing machines. Please stay away from Discovery Insure if you want to avoid constant frustration and being **** to
