Submitted a claim to Discovery Insure through call centre and Toko took my call. This is the first time I am claiming from this insurance and I was no too sure of process. Toko was patient and explained the whole process to me. He kept in touch with me regularly via emalis until the claim was assessed and processed.<br> He has great attitude and he is helpful.
