<p>Earlier today i made a call to update my policy with Discover Insure. A lovely consultant by the name of Tshidi Molepo answered, and set the tone for the rest of the call. When always speaking to call centre consultants it’s the same monotonous tone, but her vibrant and bubbly personality really changed my experience on how call centre should operate. Well done Discover Insure. In my opinion she was fantastic with great attitude and commitment to ensure my query was resolved effortlessly.
