Spots all over car after repair

Hello Discovery Insure,<br> <br> My wife's car went in for repairs a month or so ago and came back from repairs with spots all over the car. I was told that this was because of a protective film that was put on the car and that only the repair area was polished and that we would need to fit the bill to get the rest of the car polished<br> <br> That is all good and well, but I did not ask for this protective covering to be put on the rest of the car and not get polished. Rather leave it off if you are going to do half a job like you do with your call centre service!<br> <br> I have now come to hello peter as your service really stinks, Nobody gets back to me after leaving a number of requests, the panel beater says that the assessor will not authorise for the car to get polished. He does not even have the decency to phone and tell me what the situation is himself.<br> <br> Please can someone sort this out, or at least phone me and tell me to get lost so that I can cancel my policy and move it somewhere else.<br>
