Speedy claims process and special effort
Claim for cell phone not specified on the policy. Client neglected to inform Discovery Insure of the change of phone. Discovery Insure decided to compensate based on the phone currently on the policy. <br> A decision was made within a few minutes and the claim was finalized with 2 hours. Well done on going the extra mile :)<br>
