Within 1 week of me obtaining a police case reference number and submitting my claim to Discovery Insure, I have had a positive outcome! I am so impressed by the speedy and professional manner in which Nokuthula has handled my claim. I have never heard of such great service from an insurance company before! You have completely bowled me over. What I also think worked really well was that I had logged in pictures and documents of my important household contents on the Discovery Vault when I joined so I had a record to prove ownership. Discovery is the first insurance company that has ever suggested that, and while it was a pain at the time to load it all, it has also enabled a positive outcome in the event of a claim. </p>
