Speechless at your lack of service!

I don't even know what to say anymore. I have had two claims with Discovery, and both have been an absolute train wreck. Their team does NOT update or follow up. Their service providers for repairs are an absolute joke, and apparently there is no manager or supervisor willing to even courtesy call you when things have not gone the way they should. I am actively looking for a new service provider purely because of the ********** experience I've had, not once but TWICE. I do not recommend them what so ever!
