Specialists in doing nothing and *****ing money

Apparently not even the great brand of Discovery means anything in this country; genuinely don't know what I am paying a Discovery premium for if they are so *********** that for 3 weeks they cannot provide feedback. According to Carworld in Sandton where they sent my car, Carworld has been waiting 3 weeks for feedback on a compression test. Carworld themselves told me that the issue is with the insurer so here I am, three calls later and no resolution.

Now my car hire has expired and I am stranded all because it seems that their "specialists" are too poorly trained to even know how to handle this or how to resolve it.
