Specialist...rather generic response generator

I have been querying apparent event that reset my rewards for sometime now. i recently received a report stating i was speeding, doing 61 in a 60 km zone...and some instances where discovery picks up zones as 0km and i was doing 8km.(please point out a road you know that the speed limit is 0km) below is the response i got from a "specialist" who clearly doesnt read and just sends through generic response!!! Mind you I have been with discovery long enought o understand basics.

Your feedback for inquiry reference number: *** Please be advised you overall speeding score is penalised based on the amount of time you drive over the speed limit in excess of 10 Km, however the weekly active rewards speeding penalty will apply to any speed driven over the posted speed limit.

In relation to Zero speed limit recorded these are sections of the road where the DQ track can not determine the travelling speed, this does not affect your score negatively.
