Special People!

It takes a special type of person to handle a hysterical wife on the phone after husband has been ****** at gunpoint! Yesterday I received a phone call to say that my husband had been ****** of money, his watch that I bought for his 50th birthday, his cell phone, his car keys, his wallet and his clothes were torn while they took everything from him. He was spared of his life but I am exceptionally grateful to Antonette Smit from Discovery Insure who has already had my first claim authorised (less than12 hours later) and is ready to deal with the remainder when I have the documents ready. She was a calming effect on me and was professional the whole way through and also arranged trauma counselling immediately - I never want my family to go through this again but heaven forbid it does happen , I know that my insurance is the last thing that I have to worry about!
