Speaking to the right person helps
After my complaint on Hellopeter , I was contacted by a lady from the company who promised to look into my complaint and give me feedback as well as attend to my problem, Unfortunately this did not happen . I referred the matter to management and a Mr Serushin Naidoo intervened and resolved the matter promptly.A bouquet to Serushin for the professional and customer focussed manner in which he handled my complaint!
