Solving my Discovery Insure cash back rewards issue

I had a terrible experience with the call centre last week trying to sort out my discovery insure rewards, when I was paid more than R300 short. With the call centre telling me that there was nothing more they could do, I was extremely disappointed and left a comment on the Discovery Facebook page.

Thabani Mtshali from Discovery gave me a call to gain clarity on my situation. Today I got notification that the issue has been resolved, and that I will be getting the rest of my fuel rewards that are due to me. I would like to thank Thabani for going the extra mile and helping me.
