<p>I had the pleasure of dealing with Tshepo Mokhoabana, from the Sandton branch, earlier today. </p> <p> </p> <p>After a rather disappointing weekend (including Friday the 13th), I was anxious about my car being adequately covered. It was a complicated matter, which could easily lead to lots of confusion.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am delighted to say, that Tshepo set me at ease, right from the outset. He completely understood the situation and reassured me that all can be sorted. He explained that it may take some time, which I appreciated most, as I am crazy about planning and time keeping. He also confirmed particular aspects, while I waited on the line, to ensure that he gave me accurate information.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is truly refreshing to note that such s****ed people work for my insurance company. While I am still weary of the chance of some one else getting confused - along the way, Tshepo has restored my hope in call centre consultants.</p> <p> </p> <p>Trusting that the rest will fall into place, a huge thumbs up to Tshepo. Well done! I hope to deal with again .</p>
