Sold as the best but i doubt it

I was convinced by one of the agents to move from Virseker to Discovery insure, when i had an accident everything went smooth (i though) they handled the car pic up, assessment and sending to the panel shop, also my car hire option, so good that everything was done vir email. But when i picked up my car i was not happy with the work done so i took it back, i got my hired car again and after fighting with the panel shop they eventually sent my car to the agents to have checked. my hire car was due back 10am Wednesday this week, i mail on Tuesday to ask to extend as my car was not back yet. i followed up telephonically around 12 on Wednesday after which i was told that my 30days car hire has expired and i must give back the hired car. after going to team member, then manager they still declined, i asked to speak to the manager and then got an sms on the Friday morning after already making my own arrangements to get my car back that it was extended, but then avis deducted funds from my credit car...i feed my ins company did not support me nor did they ensure i knew what was covered and what was not, felt like just another number. really disappointing and will surely be leaving.
