So unhappy!

I have to resort to this again. Discovery insure finally replaced the geyser. The new geyser has now leaked through my ceiling into my study. The plumbers have been back to fix the leak but now my ceiling needs to be repaired. Once again no one is getting back to me..... I'm begging you....please sort this out.
