Wonderful service from Discovery Insure. My husband and I were in a serious car accident and were both so impressed with the response from our car insurance. We contacted the emergency number after the accident, and were helped by a friendly representative. I was soon contacted via sms that my case had been allocated to Faz Tennant. She was always highly professional, compassionate and efficient and managed to turn a stressful situation around. I cannot recommend my particular experience with Discovery Insure (and Fazeela) enough. I will definitely remain a loyal client and hope they can keep up the high level of service.
