So called "wear and tear"!

Shower hinge broke. Discovery guy came out. Not him or myself can find a new hinge. Even after asking 5 places. Shower now useless. Discovery says its wear and tear to get out of paying. Its accidental damage! One needs to replace the shower/doors. Seems they use all excuses not to pay! Useless shower, door hanging on a thread.
