So called DISCOVERY!!! 🚨🚨😔😔

I’m very disappointed in the way my claim is handled, I don’t expect this kind of behaviour from a established company like “DISCOVERY” I’m still shocked 😳!!!! I have a claim with them they are refusing to approve door handle after incident I had, I pay a lot of money on my X6 to be treated this way !!! Shame on you DISCOVERY!!!

Thank you for raising your concerns.

Looking at the incident description,

It is of the assessor's opinion that the door handle is not incident related, therefore declined.

We are unable to offer you a different outcome.

The assessor told me that the is a lot of things that only the Pannel beater will identify during assessment during stripping, when I spoke to the Pannel beater they said the machine handle is faulty at a result of the accident, so which assessor are you talking about? It can’t be the same assessor I was with during inspection!!!

I thought you guys are different from other insurance companies but it looks like you enjoy taking premiums but when it’s time for you to pay damages we DISCOVER that you just like the rest,

I will not let this go, I’m now taking this to radio, I will not allow you to bully me around.
