Smooth cancellation
I was assisted by Shamanie Naidoo from the Retentions department when I wanted to cancel my insurance cover with Discovery. Shamanie Naidoo tried to lower my premium, but when she couldn't match my new premium the cancellation went trough smoothly and I got the confirmation letter while we were talking
