Small claim must be proven first

I claimed for sunglasses that I lost over the holidays. They were specified, they dont want to pay it because I cant proof that I owned the glasses. Specifying my glasses is proof enough that I owned them!! I will definitely not proof my case and I am looking out for another insurer
