Slow response, no urgency, no follow up. Death by waiting and IVR

I DO NOT recommend. I logged an issue with a burst pipe and water coming out of my bathroom ceiling light. It took 24 hours for the plumbers to come and do an assessment. Then another 24 hours and Discovery still has not received the assessment. What was a small issue is now becoming bigger as the water is spreading to carpeted areas. So 48 hours, still waiting... My regular plumber GreenzPlumbing arrive on the same day I call them.
