Slow movement and no communication from Discovery insure

Discovery is taking too long to just the get the car assessed. I had an accident on the 26th of August 2022, till today (13 September 2022) the car is yet to be assessed. When will the car be fixed. They don't communicate and what's worse is that the email and number of the assessor that were given to us are worthless as the contact person is never available one the line and does not respond to emails.
