Sloppy service delivery
On the 9/3/15 I reported an accident and 2 weeks later no work has been done on the vehicle due to incompetency. No feedback until I had to make a follow up with the progress after getting info from the appointed repairer that the cud not repair the vehicle. Now I'm sitting without a car and have tried to get feedback but no response.
