We called the Discovery Insure call Centre on Tuessday 12th May, and were fortunate to get through to Sekgothe Mokhothu or SK. He was patient and polite, his knowledge of the product was exceptional and he addressed each and every query on the phone and by e.mail efficiently and completely. He has restored our faith in Call Centres. Discovery Insure is to be congratulated for training their staff so well and for employing such a bright spark.
