Siya Mdlalose USELESS!

A couple of months ago, I called insure needing road side assistance and was told that my policy was cancelled and had at that time had not received any notification from discovery - with that said , it was was true that my debit order had bounced and had somehow not realized. My now issue is that debit orders went through after the cancellation and I have on numerous occasions. I requested for a refund and no word from discovery. Siya Mdlalose must be the most USELESS manager at discovery. he was very quick to return my call regarding the cancellation and has been mute about the refund. I have called, emailed and left messages and still nothing from him!
