Since when is it the clients responsibility to deregister a ****** vehicle?
Since when is it the clients responsibility to deregister a ****** vehicle? My car was ****** before I could do the change of ownership. Now discovery doesn't want to proceed with the claim because i cannot get the car deregistered. Going back to outsurance, they don't expect the customer to run around doing stuff you pay the insurance to do.

So... since I am the main member, and my wifes car get ****** and its on her name you would expect her to run to the license department? My complaint is abut the fact that you are not convenient to work with... Outsurance would never expect that from their customers...sorry
