Simple claims process

<p>I had been in a bit of a fender bender on the 22 Jan which required me to put in a claim with my insurance (Discovery insure), I called the very next day and spoke with an Alexa Naidoo who was quite helpful, she explained the process and what was required of me, in all the process was a lot more seamless than I thought it would be as it took just 4 days and my claim was approved and my car was booked with the panel beaters which will be going in next Tuesday, I think the customer service that I received from Alexa-Rae Naidoo and discovery was excellent and simple, thank you Alexa you made this experience a pleasant one.</p>
