Simple and quick claims process after Smash & Grab ordeal

My first Smash & Grab incident was quite a shock. It is much appreciated that the claims process was quick, simple and painless. My car's window replacement was approved the same day I submitted the claim. My cell phone was paid out in less than a week, with very interaction needed with the claims agent.

It is really nice not to have to struggle with the claims process after such an ordeal.
