I dont know where to start, i am sooo relieved and happy that when it was time to choose my insurer I chose discovery insure, last night we had a motor vehicle accident, i was assisted with proficiency and understanding, my car was towed away from the scene and Vincent made sure I was safe and nobody needed medical assistance, This morning I was dazzled again by Simon Ngoepe and his team leader the way they smoothly handled my car hire request, he is such a patient agent, even when I lost my cool frustrated with Avis, he is passionate about customer satisfaction and I'm very fussy when it comes to good customer service, i was a team manager at Cellc years ago, so I love it when there's agents out there who still love putting a customer first, you are a valuable asset to discovery insure, for those moments we spoke you made me forget about the stress of the accident and made our interactions humorous, thank you Discovery Insure. I take my hat off , you have grown big but still treat us as vips.
